I called 4 towing companies when I had an accident on 441 and all of them were unprofessional and exploitative, one company even tried to have me pay a $50 deposit over Zelle. I called TowMaxx and was delighted by the pleasant customer service, quick response, and fair price. And I really mean quick and fair they came within 20min, faster than they told me and priced reasonably for the distance I had to go. I respect a company that under promises and over delivers. I recently used Towmaxx and they were incredibly and amazingly awesome. Their phone receptionist was great. But I must commend the excellent work and professionalism of their driver Bondre. He was 10 points A+. He helped me just move a few cars from one side of a lot to another for a repaving project. He was quick, helpful, meticulous and most of all professional every second.
